According to Coroner Donnie Grimsley, the victim has been identified as 23-year-old Kim Rowland, a male from Dillon County. Officials confirmed that Rowland was pronounced deceased following the incident after emergency personnel responded to the scene. His body was later transported to the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) for an autopsy as part of the ongoing investigation.
