According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), the incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near the Davis and Sulphur area in Murray County. Hicks, who was sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle traveling down I-35, reportedly fell from the moving car and was killed. The vehicle reportedly had five people inside at the time of the accident.
