According to preliminary reports, authorities responded to a collision at approximately 11:00 p.m. near the intersection of Railroad Canyon Road and Church Road. Upon arrival, deputies located a motorcyclist who was unresponsive and suffering from severe injuries. Emergency personnel from fire and medical services provided immediate life-saving interventions at the scene.
Despite these efforts, the rider was pronounced deceased at the location of the crash. The Riverside County Coroner’s Office later identified the victim as Joshua Coan, 44, of Menifee.
